A group of LIP members joined together to discuss and develop plans regarding the Royal Armouries access. From personal experience, members suggested a series of ways to better access to the building, such as braille on doors and the implementation of tactile surfaces, so everyone had equal access and could enjoy the Armouries wonderful displays together.
These issues have since been reviewed by LIP service users and board members, and the suggestions for improvement were received well by the Royal Armouries team.
