Surviving or Thriving is a survey designed by the Together We Can (TWC) Membership, who have also worked to promote, share and encourage people across Leeds who use mental health services to engage and complete it. The survey was named, ‘Surviving or Thriving’ as this title encapsulates some of major themes that have been discussed over recent months in the TWC Steering Group meetings, as well as conversations across the City with people who use mental health services.
